DVSA Privacy Policy

DVSA collects the following information from its members when they join our club or if they attend a DVSA event. DVSA asks for your e-mail, phone number, home address, spouses name and retirement date. Not all of that information is required to join or attend an event.

DVSA collects this information so that we can communicate with our members about the club, information of interest to club members and information about our club events. DVSA uses member emails to send our newsletter and event invitations to our members. Our website which includes our member database is used to send our emails. Sometimes if a member needs to be contacted directly about club activities, we will use their phone number. Member addresses can be used to produce summary statistics and to contact a member who does not have or want an email.

Members of the board have access to this information and are only permitted to use this information for club activities.

Information provided by members is accessible with “view profile” at the top of the page, when you log into the club website.

Sometimes pictures are posted on our website of club activities. If any member would like an image of themselves removed they may contact a member of the board.
